1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaneDock (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LaneDock is a deal intelligence platform for auto auction professionals. We provide tools for auction listing analysis, deal scoring, comp matching, buyer management, and alerts. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without permission.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LaneDock — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by LaneDock and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours; we claim no ownership over the listings, deals, or buyer information you upload.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of deal scores, market values, comp matches, or profit estimates. These are informational tools, not financial advice. All purchasing decisions are made at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaneDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
